Regular visits to the spa are a great way to keep feeling your best. Continued pampering and indulgence recharge our batteries and make sure we’re ready to face our day-to-day lives. However, there are very few of us who can visit the spa every single day. But don’t worry, there are plenty of ways you can care for yourself between spa visits to make sure you always feel your best!

Hands and Feet

A good mani-pedi is hard to beat. Feeling good about your hands and feet is a great way to boost your confidence at work and out with your friends. Most people schedule a mani-pedi every two to three weeks. The only problem is maintaining your spa-quality appearance between regular visits.

Luckily, you shouldn’t have to do too much to maintain the look of your mani-pedi between spa visits. The best thing you can do is get some nail-strengthening oil and apply it to your nail beds and cuticles. If you need to trim your cuticles, make sure to let your nail beds recover a little before applying a new coat of polish.

Skincare

Our skincare treatments are meant to rejuvenate and refresh your entire body. From wraps to massages, your body deserves to feel its best. When it comes to maintaining this feeling between your spa visits, you don’t have to switch up your beauty regimen, but simply add another step.

We recommend a lotion with collagen be applied every morning and evening. You can use this on your body as well as your face and neck. Collagen is a naturally occurring protein and helps to strengthen your cells and keep your skin looking tight and wrinkle-free.

Generarl Tips

As you can see, maintaining that great spa feeling between visits doesn’t take a whole lot of effort. To add to these specific tips, it’s always a great idea to drink plenty of water. Staying hydrated helps your skin stay moisturized, reduces puffiness around your eyes and just help you feel better. Additionally, try to eat foods with lots of Vitamin A and C to help your skin retain its natural moisture.
