Visiting any spa for the first time can be unforgettable experience. You might just ask yourself why it took you so long! While we do all the work on our end, we wanted to offer a few simple tips to help you get into the right mind before visiting the spa. Here are just a few things you can do to prepare for your first spa day.

This might be the most important thing you can do. A spa day is all about relaxation, pampering and focusing on your mental and physical well-being. There’s no need to stress or feel uncomfortable here. We understand that new experiences can be stressful for many of us, but we want to ensure you that you have nothing to worry about.

If you’re worried about some of our treatments like a massage, we want you to rest assured that our staff of professionals have worked with every body and skin type out there. There’s nothing to be nervous or embarrassed about. A massage is designed to be a positive, pampering experience. It’s your special time. You’ll be surprised at how quickly you relax.

This is a question that comes up a lot. The simple answer is, it doesn’t really matter. We provide each guest with a soft robe and slipper for the duration of their visit. However, we want your comfort to start as soon as possible, so we recommend wearing whatever makes you comfortable upon arrival.

We do recommend that you not wear excessive jewellery during your visit. If you are coming in for a facial, we will remove all makeup before we start. Other than, come as you are and ready to relax.

If you have any special requests or needs during your visit, please make sure to let us know. We want you to be as comfortable as possible while you’re with us, and it helps us to make sure that’s the case.
